Founded and led by Milton LaCroix in 1988 with his unique and unconventional approach to boxing, Supreme Team has ignited the careers of some of the world's champion boxers, including Shannon Briggs - who holds the WBO Heavyweight title. Supreme Team has fostered many men and women Golden Glove champs and has placed as many as seven fighters in the Golden Glove finals at Madison Square Garden in a single year with five coming home with the gold and many more since. Among the many prized fighters coming out of Supreme Team, both men and women, include Stella Nijhof (a 4 time national champ), Dave Marrero, Efrain Ortiz, Julian Townsend, and many more.

Nelson, a Supreme Team member and now coach of Supreme Team in New York, carries on the unconventional style in his teaching methods, as we call the "stir the pot" hook that has sparked the attention of many professionals in the boxing industry.
